- 富有创意并了解当前室内设计趋势/材料
- 根据客户的意见，在最终确定设计方案后，提出设计概念提案和详细图纸，包括成本估算

- 负责项目工程和进展，确保在项目中的精准度和准确性
- 监督工程材料和施工方法，消除施工过程中的错误
- 追踪和监控项目，解决工程问题，确保设计的实现

– Assist in daily accounting operations (e.g. invoice processing, payment vouchers, receipts).
– Handle e-Invoice submission and ensure compliance with current regulations.
– Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
– Follow up on customer and supplier payments.
– Assist in preparing financial documents and simple accounting listings.
– Support with month-end closing tasks.
– Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HOD on time.
– Ensure accuracy in all financial entries — must be sensitive to numbers

– Assist to manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
– Payroll & Compensation.
– Assist to oversee accurate and timely salary payments.
– Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
– Assist to foster a positive work environment and address grievances professionally.
– Assist to organize employee engagement activities and team-building programs.
– Ensure HR policies are up to date and compliant with Malaysian labour laws, ISO standards, and company rules.
– All HR Administration tasks & necessary adhoc tasks as directed by superior.
– Maintain accurate HR records and employee data.
– Provide administrative and secretarial support to the HR department and other departments if necessary.
